Plumbing
We operate a general plumbing service ranging from new bathroom installation to tap changes, please get in contact with any questions you may have
We can also offer a limited emergency out of hours service to local customers
Unfortunately we are only able to offer a domestic plumbing service and not able to offer a Gas Safe Service or Drainage service
General Carpentry
We’re committed to getting the Job done, so whether it’s replacement doors or erecting a shed or even repairing a timber conservatory, we are always on hand to assist,
Furniture Assembly
We strive to make things hassle-free and convenient; especially with our furniture assembly service. We are Experienced with major suppliers such as IKEA and Wayfair and can operate a time based or fixed price service
General Property Maintenance and Repairs
With over 20 years experience we are able to undertake most internal and external repairs to your home, ranging from a broken drawer to window and door replacement
Pricing
We’re committed to getting the job done, however we are also committed to fair and open pricing, therefore our standard rates are set out below:
Our standard rates are:
£60 initial charge (includes first hour) then £30 per hour thereafter.
Out of hours rates start from £100.00
If out of the Dartford / Gravesend area then there will be a petrol surcharge of up-to £40 per day
Materials are charged at cost price
We have set prices for door installation and other specialised works
Of course we offer no obligation quotes for all larger works and we are able to offer negotiated rates for long term contracts.
Equestrian Building Services
We strive to make things hassle-free and convenient; with our background in carpentry we are able to offer equestrian field shelters made on site along with repairs to current stables and other equestrian buildings
